Everyone was delighted to receive a letter from the Rt Hon Nick Gibb, Minister of State for School Standards. The letter from Mr Gibb MP was to congratulate the school on the very high level of progress pupils at the school have made in their Reading, Writing and Mathematics. The school’s key stage 2 results, as published on 14th December 2017, show progress scores of 3.5, 3.3 and 3.4 in English reading, writing and mathematics. This means that the school is in the top 2% of schools in England in terms of the progress that pupils make between key stage 1 and key stage 2. Mr Gibb thanked the staff for their hard work and professionalism in producing such high standards.
Well done to all of the pupils and our staff who work so hard to ensure every child reaches their full potential. We are feeling very proud.
