I’m delighted to welcome you to our website and share a glimpse of life at our wonderful school.

Since 2022, I have had the privilege of serving as Headteacher and I am immensely proud to lead a school with such kind and hard-working children and staff.

At Great Bardfield Primary School we nurture the minds and hearts of all our pupils, helping them become resilient, confident and successful individuals. Our core values of Courage, Compassion and Community guide our teaching, learning and the way we care for each other every day.

Our thoughtfully designed curriculum, enriched with experiences and educational visits, gives our children opportunities to explore, grow and shine. Safeguarding is central to all we do and our dedicated staff create a safe, nurturing environment where every child feels safe,  supported and heard.
